Accommodations
Unit sleeps 4 with 2 queen size beds.  Unit includes range, stove, microwave and refrigerator.  Cookware and dishes provided.   Toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc. will be provided.  Please let me know if anything is running low.

On-site there is a beachside pool, indoor pool with hot tub, 2 gift shops, Ocean Annie’s Beachside Bar with live music and dancing from 1:00PM- 11:00 PM (Live music usually runs from April – October depending upon weather)

Sandals inside bar with happy hour and free hors d’oeuvres with nightly karaoke.

River City Café by the pool. Full service Restaurant available – with breakfast buffet.

Full Service Spa available. Reservations required.

Payment can be made through Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, cash or check.  I will mail 3 room swipe keys, and 1 garage swipe key, approximately 2 weeks prior to stay, with a return prepaid envelope to mail back upon return.

Please be careful not to lose keys  Since this is not a rental through Sands Ocean Club, they cannot provided additional keys

Check-In:

There will be an owners parking pass left on dresser.  Make sure you place  on dash of car. Please place this pass back on dresser before leaving. If parking pass is missing, or you have more than one car, the front desk can provide additional pass for a $20 parking fee..

Upon arrival, you may park in front, to unload car.  There is a cart in closet of room to assist with unloading, shopping, laundry, etc.

Linens and cleaning instructions:
There is no cleaning service available.

There are towels and linens available in the room if you would like to use them. If so, they will need to be washed before your departure. (Detergent in closet.  Beach towels not provided.

There is a full service laundromat on ground floor. To go to laundromat, go past elevator outside of room. Go down the hall to second bank of elevators. Take to ground floor.  Laundromat is in front of elevator. 

Trash bins are available by the elevators to dispose of bagged trash. (Trash bags under sink) Please do not leave outside doorway.

Before departure cleaning instructions:

There’s no set check-in or check-out times unless someone is leaving the day you’re arriving or arriving the day you’re leaving. If so, I’ll let you know.

Cleaning supplies are in closet. Make sure the beds are clean and free of sand. Make bed with fresh sheets.

Shake any rugs off. Wipe down patio furniture and sweep sand off patio.

Clean tub, toilet, and countertops in bathroom.

Clean glass door, glass on dresser, nightstand and mirrors.

Clean microwave, anything in stove, and kitchen counter. Make sure the refrigerator is clean and empty of anything that can expire.

Lastly sweep floors and then mop with Swiffer. Please make sure all sand is off floor.
